Financial Reports & Budgets
The City of Duncombe Clerk/Treasurer provides for the processing of all financial data in a timely and cost-effective manner. This allows the City to monitor budgetary requirements, invest funds, and to comply with all local, state and federal laws.
Budgets and Budget Amendments are presented, re-evaluated and voted on annually. Proposed Budget documents reflect the financial plan to be executed for the next fiscal year. The Budget Amendment includes the Proposed Budget plus changes made for unforseen increases and decreases in revenue and expenditures. The Annual Financial Report is completed each year for the previous fiscal year.
There are additional reports that Clerk/Treasurer is responsible for completing and submitting to various federal, state and county departments throughout the year:

- Annual Urban Renewal
- City Indebtedness Certification for Tax Increment Financing
- Debt Obligation
- Boundary and Annexation Survey
