Water & Sewer Rates & Policies

Listed below, you will find the City of Duncombe current water rates and policies. If you do not find the information you need, please contact our office and we will provide it for you. 

Should you experience a problem with your water, please call the phone numbers provided. We will do everything possible to locate the problem with your water service.

The City provides water, sewer, garbage pickup, and centralized recycling, all included on one monthly bill.  Utility bills are mailed on the first of the month and are due by the 20^th.  After the 20^th, you will be assessed a $10 late fee.   Utility bills that are unpaid by the 30^th of the month are subject to a $50 fee and disconnection.  Online and ACH/Direct Payment available, please ask for details.

Water: Minimum charge of $26.50 for up to 2000 gallons.  $6 per 1000 gallons over initial 2000 gallons. 

Sewer: Minimum charge of $22.05 for up to 2000 gallons.  $2.90 per 1000 gallons over initial 2000 gallons.
