Water & Sewer Utilities

At the City of Duncombe, we are committed to providing safe, high quality water services to our community, while maintaining a standard of excellence in customer service and environmental conservation. If you are moving into a home in Duncombe, you will need to establish a service account.  You may do so in person at City Hall or by making other arrangements with the City Clerk.  

All water/sewer service accounts require a deposit if $150 and a completed Application for Utility Services.  You may download the application from the link below, complete the highlighted areas, and return it to City Hall along with a copy of your state issued ID and $150 deposit.

Please take time to complete the questionnaire and return it to City Hall.  If you have any questions, please call Gary @515-297-4452.  If you need an additional copy for multiple locations, please contact City Hall, download the form below,  or photocopy your original questionnaire.  It is very important that we get each water service in Duncombe inventoried and your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
